It is a type of Shahed series unmanned aerial vehicle manufactured in Iran, which has played a significant role in the Ukrainian battlefield. Due to its slow, powerful, and relatively low-cost characteristics, it has been accused of intimidating Ukrainian cities far from the front lines, attacking energy grids and grain depots, and being associated with civilian casualties. Commonly referred to as a one-time attack or "kamikaze" aircraft, it carries explosives from the nose, takes off with rocket assistance, and ultimately dives to collide with the target.
