Nintendo Nintendo 2DS gaming console

Nintendo 2DS is an entry-level gaming device produced by Nintendo. It adopts a single flat body design and does not support naked eye 3D display effects. It is compatible with 3DS games and downward compatible with NDS games. It can be seen as a fully functional 3DS without naked eye 3D functionality. The host has cancelled the flip design, with the upper and lower screens on the same plane, which saves unnecessary components and reduces manufacturing costs. Like the previous 3DS, the upper screen is a non touch screen with a resolution of 400x240, while the lower screen is a resistive touch screen with a resolution of 320x240.
