Gorilla (scientific name: Gorilla) is a collective term for primates, hominids, and apes of the genus Gorilla. It is the largest species among all living primates, with a shoulder height of about 0.85 meters when quadruped and a height of 1.6-1.8 meters when standing. An upright gorilla can reach a height of 1.75 meters because its knees cannot be truly extended, so its actual body length is even longer than this height. Has a robust physique, hairless on the face and ears, and often has a high forehead on the eyes. The jawbone protrudes more than the cheekbones. Vegetarian, herbivorous, mainly fed on fruits, leaves, and branches. Surviving in the jungle near the equator of the African continent.
