Ammann ARP 35 roller
It is a double steel wheel vibratory roller produced by Ammann Company, which is suitable for small and medium-sized asphalt operation sites. Known for its excellent mobility and flexibility, it can perform compaction operations in different applications close to walls and curbs. It has a rigid frame and two smooth steel vibrating drums, both statically driven by hydraulic pressure and equipped with vibration function. The working principle is to increase the compaction effect through vibration, which is suitable for the construction of local roads, bicycle lanes, parking lots and garage lanes. The design allows the machine to work in a compact space. Its compact size and good mobility make it an ideal choice for small construction sites.
Road roller 3D scanning
It is a compaction equipment widely used in roads, railways, airport sites, dams and other projects. It is mainly used to compact materials such as soil, gravel and asphalt concrete to improve the bearing capacity and durability of roads and sites. The working principle is to reduce the gap between materials and increase the friction between particles through the compaction and vibration of heavy objects, thereby improving the compactness and strength of the material. Usually divided into static pressure and vibration of two ways of working, static pressure only by its own weight of compaction, and vibration is generated by the vibration system of high-frequency vibration, especially suitable for asphalt concrete and other materials compaction.
Historic steam roller
It is a heavy construction machine that began to appear in the 1860 s. It is used to level the ground, airports or to compact asphalt when laying roads. Different from the tractor, its characteristic is that the two rear driving wheels are flat and smooth to prevent tire marks from being printed on the soil or asphalt, while the front wheels are two drums combined together and installed in a frame. The frame is supported by a fulcrum, so that the weight of the roller falls on the front wheels. It was used throughout the UK and even until the 1960 s, including in the construction of the M1 motorway. Many of the steam rollers have been preserved and can be seen at steam exhibitions around the country.
