The European Atlantic sturgeon (scientific name: Acipenser sturio) is a fish of the sturgeon family and genus. The largest European Atlantic sturgeon can grow up to 600 centimeters in length and weigh 1000 kilograms. The body height is 10.0-13.5% of the total length. The kiss is long and wide, with a kiss length of 52.6-65.8% of the head length. There are 9-16 dorsal bone plates, 24-40 lateral bone plates, 8-14 ventral bone plates, 30-50 dorsal fins, and 22-23 anal fins.
