1977 Ford LTD Wagon
The 1977 Ford LTD Wagon was a car produced and sold by Ford Motor Company in the United States and Canada from 1977 to 1979. The name of this car comes from the full-size Ford LTD model, the mid size LTD II integrates the Ford Torino and Gran Torino model lines, and the Ford Elite is replaced by the Ford Thunderbird.

The Ford Thunderbird is a personal luxury sedan manufactured by Ford from 1977 to 1979. In the key marketing shift of this model series, Ford repackaged the Thunderbird from a full-size sedan to a mid size sedan and gave its full-size luxury coupe status to the Ford Continental Landau coupe. This generation of Thunderbird models no longer share the same platform as the Ford Continental Mark V model, but instead shared the chassis with the Mercury Cougar and Ford LTD II before the launch of the Ford Focus platform in 1980.
