Stephen Statue

Baroque style slave statue
The Baroque style slave statue on the tomb wall in front of the Heiligenkreis Monastery. The creation time was around 1731. Giovanni Giuliani, a sculptor working for the Heiligenkreis Monastery at the time. The depiction of slaves may be related to the second Türkiye siege in 1683, which was not too long ago at that time. Celebrate the victory over aggressors by depicting scenes of suffering and conquered slaves.
18th Century Gilded Gold and Silver Medal Commemorative Medal
The inscription on this 18th century medal expresses good wishes for love and marriage, and the design of the visual puzzle adds artistic and entertaining elements. The material and exquisite craftsmanship of gilded gold and silver indicate that this is a customized souvenir for special occasions or important figures. At that time, such medals were given as gifts to show respect or celebrate. It is currently housed in the Heiligenkreis Monastery Museum.
Statue of Black Boy Actor
A standing black boy statue created by Giovanni Giuliani, with the boy holding a performance prop bowl in his left hand. This is not only used for decoration. St. John the Baptist
Information about the statue of St. John located in Heiligenkreuz on the Baroque style Fourteen Hardroads. The statue of St. John holds a book and a lamb. Production began in 1731. Saint Joachim
The statue of St. Joachim is located in the Baroque style of the Fourteen Hardroads in Heiligenkreuz. The statue is located on fourteen winding roads in Heiligenkreis. Production began in 1731. According to several pseudo canonical Gospels from the 2nd to 6th centuries, Joachim was Mary's father and therefore the grandfather of Jesus Christ. Joachim is revered as a saint in Catholicism, Eastern Orthodoxy, and the Church of England. Saint Anne
Saint Anne sat on a pedestal shaped like a pedestal, wearing a red dress, a silver plated veil, and a gilded cloak. Saint Mary stood beside her. The mother supported her daughter's left shoulder with her right hand. This work is from the collection of Heiligenkreuz Abbey. The size is 51 centimeters high, dating back to the first half of the 18th century. Saint Anne is the grandmother of Jesus, also known as the mother of the Virgin Mary, and her image is often depicted in Christian art. This set of statues showcases the intimate relationship between Saint Anne and Saint Mary, as well as the traditional image of Saint Anne in religious art.
Hercules carrying a stick on his shoulder
The statue is called Hercules carrying a club on his shoulder and is located in the Heiligenkreis Monastery Museum. Hercules carried a stick on his shoulder and leaned against a half pole, with lion skin covering his head. The creator is Giovanni Giuliani, and the signature is located on one side of the pillar. The signature behind it is: 'Jo GiulliaiJ Ficit in S.+1735 AEtatis Suane LXXI 1/2 An. Mensis Octobris', indicating that Giuliani created this work in October 1735 when he was 71 and a half years old.

Augsburg Gorgeous Silver Vase
A beautifully decorated silver vase from the collection of the Heiligenkreis Abbey Museum. Handmade and hand chased vases are used to hold silk flowers. The silver vase bears the owner's mark of David Weinold, which is DW. The emblem on the vase is the Augsburg coat of arms.
Jupiter
This is an artwork created by Giovanni Giuliani, which is a clay sculpture model of Jupiter designed for the collection of the Heiligenkreis Monastery. The height of this work is 43.7 centimeters, created in 1720. Jupiter is the main god in Roman mythology, in charge of the sky and thunder. In this work, Jupiter is depicted with an eagle at his feet as a symbol of power. There is an inscription on the back of the eagle's wings: 'Johan Giullian (i) Ficit 1720'. However, the upper part of the eagle's beak and a portion of its base have already broken.
John the Baptist
The artwork created by Giovanni Giuliani is a clay sculpture of John the Baptist sitting in the collection of the Heiligenkr ö tz Monastery. The height is 27.5 centimeters, created in 1733. John the Baptist is an important figure in the New Testament, who prophesied the arrival of Jesus and baptized him in the Jordan River. John the Baptist is depicted sitting with a lamb to his left. The lamb usually represents Jesus in Christian symbolism, as Jesus is known as the "Lamb of God" and was sacrificed for the sins of humanity. Isaac
This is a clay sculpture model with Isaac as the theme designed for the Cross Road Station at Heiligenkreuz Abbey Museum. The height of this artwork is 28.7 centimeters, created between 1740-1745. In this work, Isaac is depicted as completely naked except for a cloth around his waist. He held a bundle of wood in both hands and placed it on a tree stump. Next to it is a burning brazier.
Guardian Angel
This statue is located at the Heiligenkreis Monastery in Lower Austria, Austria. It is named "Schutzengel" (meaning "guardian angel") and was created by sculptor Giovanni Giuliani in 1720. It is surrounded by a sandstone statue with a white lead frame. The angel raised his right hand and used his left hand to pull the child closer to him. The Heiligenkreis Monastery is the second oldest monastery in the world and one of the oldest and most continuously active monasteries. This clay sculpture model is now housed in the Heiligenkreis Monastery Museum and later became the prototype for stone sculptures made along the path of the cross.
Francisco Borja
Francisco Borja was a Spanish Jesuit priest born in 1510. He was the great grandson of Pope Alexander VI and King Ferdinand II of Aragon, as well as the Duke of Gandia and a prominent figure in Spain. After his wife's death, Borja gave up his title and became a priest of the Jesuit order, later also holding a position in the Jesuit general assembly. The statue of Francisco Borja depicts him sitting next to a skull on his right leg. This saint is dressed in the attire of a Jesuit monk, wearing a hat and cloak. The front of the statue base is engraved with the words: San Francisco Borja, please pray for us.

The Roman soldier fighting the fire depicted a Roman soldier holding a spear, extinguishing a burning house with a bucket of water. This clay sculpture model is now housed in the Heiligenkreis Monastery Museum and later became the prototype for stone sculptures made along the path of the cross.
