White grain big king flower tortoise
The white-striated king golden tortoise, also known as the tiger-spotted golden tortoise, is a large insect in the genus Golden Tortoise. The body length is 45-75mm in males and 40-50mm in females. Mainly distributed in Africa in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania and Mozambique. The distinctive feature is that the body color is black and white, and the black stripes on the elytra are horizontal and transverse. The larvae develop in termite dung, a unique habit of this species. Females dig shallow holes in termite droppings to lay eggs, and the larvae feed on decaying vegetation. The adults feed on sugar-rich foods, such as sap and fruit.
