Usually presented in shades of purple, pink, gray, or green, with a pearl luster and a layered structure that can be peeled off into thin sheets. Mainly produced in granite, pegmatite, and certain metamorphic rocks, it is one of the important mineral resources for extracting lithium and is not commonly found in nature. Due to the wide applications of lithium in modern industry, such as battery manufacturing, ceramics, glass, and lubricants, the mining and utilization of lithium mica have important economic value.
