Also known as the mythical antelope, it is an animal weighing 25-50 kilograms, with a shoulder height of 70-80 centimeters and a body length of 110-135 centimeters. Has chestnut colored fur, which turns dark brown in winter and has long protective hair. It mainly inhabits steep rocky areas and lives in alpine and subalpine meadows above the forest line. It is a diurnal animal that adapts to rocky mountainous areas and has climbing abilities second only to the ibex. Hooves are very suitable for grasping smooth rocks. In summer, they mainly feed on herbaceous plants and flowers, while in winter they eat lichens, mosses, and pine sprouts. The countries of origin include Albania, Austria, France, and others.
