Nissan Cefiro A31
The Nissan Cefiro A31 is a mid size luxury car model produced by Japanese automaker Nissan. It is the third generation model of the Cefiro series, also known as the Cefiro A31. Produced between 1988 and 1994, the target markets were mainly in Asia and North America. This model has a luxurious and sporty appearance and performance. Launched on September 1, 1988, it filled the gap between the Nissan Bluebird, Nissan Duke, and Nissan Gloria. It is a sibling model to the Nissan Skyline, Nissan Leopard, and Nissan Laurel of the same period. Its exterior features a low and flat front end and a slender body, adopting a rear wheel drive design. At the beginning of its launch, it only had a 5-speed manual transmission. It is a sporty RV aimed at the young market and uses a 2.0-liter/2.4-liter/2.5-liter inline six cylinder engine with power of 125 horsepower, 155 horsepower, and 205 horsepower respectively. It was planned to be released as a four door model of the same period Nissan Silvia.
