The Black Pearl, formerly known as the Wicked Wench, was a trading ship under the British East India Trading Company led by Beckett. The Black Pearl is the protagonist pirate ship in the film "Pirates of the Caribbean". It is the fastest ship on the Caribbean Sea, with a well-designed structure, streamlined hull, and enormous power that make it extremely fast. The ship has several cannons and powerful firepower. Because Captain Jack released the slaves he was transporting and embarked on the path of pirates, the ship was burned down and sunk at the bottom of the sea by Beckett. Later on, Jack made a deal with David Jones to salvage the ship and hang black sails, naming it the "Black Pearl"
