It is one of the most famous and easily recognizable subspecies of the giraffe genus. Mainly distributed in Kenya and Somalia in Africa, it is famous for its unique skin patterns. It has a huge body size, with adult individuals reaching a height of 5 to 6 meters, making it the tallest mammal on land. The eyes and ears are located on either side of the head, which helps to stay alert in the wild and detect potential predators in a timely manner. Generally gentle in personality, living in a group consisting of several adult females and their offspring, sometimes with one or a few males joining. Strong reproductive ability, females can give birth once every two years.
