Ixora
Ixora chinensis, also known as English Dan, Dragon Boat Flower, and Hundred Day Red, is a plant of the Rubiaceae family and Dragon Boat Flower genus. Other aliases include Red Hydrangea, Maizimu, Maizimu, and Sandanhua, with the English name being Chinese ixora. Evergreen shrubs, native to southern China and Malaysia, typically have orange red flowers. As one of the "Three Famous Flowers of Okinawa", it is the city flower of Yuriuma City, Okinawa Prefecture. In the southern part of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, people are accustomed to calling it water hydrangea.
