Benz 500K convertible sports car
The 500K is a two door convertible sports car full of American style, with a body length of 5 meters. The complex interior and exterior decorations, the massive inline 8-cylinder 5-liter engine, and the folding soft top with mica sheets all clash with Mercedes Benz's tradition. Even more surprising is that Mercedes Benz has never designed any ships in its history, but the design of the 500K reminds people of German naval warships during World War I. It had the longest fenders in the world at that time, exaggerated wheel arches resembling waves of the sea, radiator grilles resembling towering bows, side shapes resembling ship hulls, and tail shapes resembling majestic turrets.
