Flanged gate valve

Flanged gate valve

This is a flanged gate valve, which is mainly used in industrial piping systems to open or cut off the pipeline medium (such as water, oil, steam, etc.). It belongs to the open stem gate valve. When you turn the handwheel, the valve stem will rise and fall. You can intuitively judge the opening degree of the valve through the height of the valve stem. There are disc-shaped flanges on the left and right sides of the bottom for connecting with pipes by bolts. There is a ram inside, and its movement direction is perpendicular to the fluid direction. It is usually only fully open or fully closed use, but not suitable for regulating flow (throttling), because the fluid in the half-open state of the ram erosion will be very serious.
Flange type check valve

Flange type check valve

This is a flanged check valve, also known as a check valve or one-way valve. This valve belongs to the automatic valve category, mainly installed in industrial pipelines, its core function is to allow only the medium (such as water, oil, steam) to flow in one direction, and can rely on the pressure of the medium itself to automatically open or close, thereby preventing the medium backflow. According to the internal structure, this type of valve is usually divided into swing type (the valve flap rotates around the shaft) and lift type (the valve flap along the center line of the lift). The valve body is usually cast with specifications, such as "4" on behalf of the caliber, "300" may represent the pressure rating (such as ANSI Class 300).

Valves are control components in fluid transport systems, with functions such as shut-off, regulation, diversion, prevention of backflow, stabilization, diversion, or overflow pressure relief. Valves used in fluid control systems have a wide variety of varieties and specifications, from the simplest globe valves to various valves used in extremely complex self-control systems.
ball valve

ball valve

Ball valve is a type of pipeline valve with a spherical locking or regulating element. It is one of the modern and advanced types of globe valves, increasingly used in various working conditions of pipelines transporting natural gas and oil, urban gas supply systems, water supply, heating, and other fields. The ball valve has two working positions for opening and closing. Due to the special design of the valve, manufacturers are prohibited from adjusting the water flow. There is a cavity between the valve body and the ball.
