The water arrow turtle is a water attribute Pok é mon. It is a giant turtle shaped Pok é mon that mainly walks on two legs, and sometimes also walks on four legs. The body of the water arrow turtle is dark blue. Its front and back limbs are short and thick, divided into sections due to joints, and both have three toes.
