This fine porcelain hand-painted flower vase designed by Edward Noerplin was created between 1902 and 1916 and produced in Parthenay, France. Known for its exquisite craftsmanship and color matching. The bottom of the flower vase is hollowed out. There are currently two damages, one at the mouth and the other at the bottom.
